Pros

Good career preparation

Cons

Prejudice still occurs in America period.

Other comments

Overall the material that is used is good for developing an understanding of English as a second language. I would have liked more information on dealing with special needs and children, i.e., child psychology. I had a very unemphatic advisor and the practicum experience was hosted by a prejudiced individual that made the program very difficult.
