Other comments

The examination. However, the online (synchronous), class was four days per week and the instructor was on the west coast with a three hour difference. This meant that the class ran from 8:00 - 11:00 tough after working all day to keep sharp throughout the class.

Evening online classes with virtual interaction and self study which was compatible with lifestyle examination was tedious with no breaks and was graded on a curve because it was the initial start up of SHRM;s certification program.
