Good teachers. The program was setup to aid teachers who were already working in the field. As a first year teacher I was able to complete the coursework and training but was not prepared for the problems inherent with trying to teach in a level 4 middle school. The level of administrative incompetence and complicity is unbelievable.

Instructor-led classroom training is an efficient method for presenting a large body of material to large or small groups of employees. It is a personal, face-to-face type of training as opposed to computer-based training and other methods we will discuss later. It ensures that everyone gets the same information.
