Certificate programs are not treated as well as degree programs but the chefs really try their best to teach you the skills you need to be competent in the real world. The hardest part of training was throwing away the bad habits you develop when you are self taught.

Good combination of class and hands on training. The instructors were very adequate. The school also requires everyone that attended to get CPR certified.

Good combination of classroom and clinicals in various specialties. The staff can be a bit biased but it is worth the minor stress in the end. I’d recommend that you focus on the curriculum and end goal.

Awesome teacher, she let me practice my hands on skills in phlebotomy on her when my other classmates wouldn't let me practice on them. My instructor was impressed I got her the first prick with no pain etc and I handled the situation with extreme compassion and caution for her comfort etc
