It was very clear of food safety rules, and didn't take forever to get. It also didn't cost an arm and a leg. My job required me to get one so I was glad it was fast and easy.

Its online which means there isn't hands on training, hopefully you know someone who will be willing to help you learn to cook hands on after watching the video and taking the test.

The video is very helpful and teaches you everything you need to know on the test, other websites aren't as helpful. It shows you images of what not to do as well as what is best to do. It teaches you all temperatures you need to know for both cooking and storing food.

It was really easy to get because the whole thing is online now. They do have classes available as well so it depends on the area you are in. You do need to get this certificate when you work in the food industry.

Quick, simple, easy comprehension videos, questions are straight forward. If taking in person, teachers tend to help identify what could be on the test.
