Great class and you get your certification at the end of the day. You get to do some x rays on dummy heads but most of it is learning about the effects of radiation effects.

Classroom knowledge and experience helped this process of getting certified. Highly recommended if anyone is seeking a career in the field of culinary arts and or hospitality management as it is typically required by most states in order to be employed.
