Very interactive and hands-on work. Professors were very friendly and accommodating. I went into class and learned something new everyday. This program has an equal amount of textbook, hands-on, and demonstrative work. It also includes community service opportunities and internships; these experiences helped me to gain more knowledge of food service and built up my resume. I also learned a variety of restaurant management techniques.
