I actually didn't have any cons about the program.
My training experience was the best. I say this because I had an excellent educator who was a certified nurse who loved her profession. She made everyone and every day special, she took her time with each of us to make sure we understood the work. My classmate were awesome we helped each other I felt a little intimidated at the time because I was the oldest person in the class. However, none of my classmate treated me any different. I loved that we learned from each other. The program itself was easy very understandable and hands on training. The most rewarding was attending our clinicals. There we actually worked with potential coworkers and other staff members. My training allowed me to get up close and personal with patients taking vitals, grooming, bathing, changing linens, and talking with their family members. The hardest part was seeing patients in pain.
