Great in class presence, very thorough program. Learned about all of the protected classes in NJ as well as the legal implications and do-not's of real estate in the state of NJ. Hardest part of the training was by far the practice exams, which I was very thankful for because they properly prepared me for the official State exam.

Doing this course full-time was the best way to immerse yourself in the information. The teacher at Weichert was also an active Realtor and was very knowledgeable and provided many real life scenarios to go along with the lessons to make them relatable.

Essentially it was a class in which the required text was taught word by word. I made some great contacts there. The classes were right after I finished work and so I was exhausted each time I arrived and I was not able to be a minute late.

The teacher incorporates a lot of his own personal experiences from his career which helps understand various concepts. This also makes the class very interesting

A typical day of training in a classroom learning environment was very interactive. The instructor made everything clear and before moving on within the subject she made sure everyone understood the material. It's also a nice way to network and meet new people.

The NMLS exam was the toughest. I took the exam 2 times first score was 71. You have to wait another 30 days to take it again. I had a job offer before I took the exam they waited for me and I past the second time with a score of 85. I was very proud of myself.

Classroom time is tedious, but necessary. Ask questions when you don't understand, it's a lot of material covered. Some teachers are better than others, after initial licensing everything is on line.

Bert Rodgers is the best Real Estate school in Florida and maybe the country. Taught me everything I needed to take the state exam. Because I had 3 jobs while doing the prep. for my exam I failed twice and past on the third time. It took me 3 months in total to get my license.

The professor for the course really helped on what to study to pass the course exam but he does state several times he doesn’t go over what’s on the state exam.

I took this course twice. The teacher made a big difference. You really have to know everything they teach you in class. Take the test prep class as well. The test questions are tricky. All the answers could be right but you have to select the best out of all.

Monday through Friday 830 to 530 in a hotel conference room. The tables were small and somewhat cramped and I remember being really cold inside the meeting room.

Received license in GA and transferred to NC by test. All the material was on line. Prepared a student well for the test. Both the GA and the NC test were easy after this class.

I would read my book and highlight important aspects of the chapter. Would answer the questions at the end of the chapter then take the exam. Once I had completed the end of chapter questions and exam I would study the material to make the information sink in and make sense. Went to a lot of in person training when available.

Classroom setting is at scheduled times. On-Line courses are hard to stay dedicated to.

The classroom setting forces you to be dedicated. It does entail an instructor reading from the book to a classroom, but it does make you listen. There is opportunity to ask questions and have group discussions. The online version is beneficial because you can do this in your own time but it is hard to stay dedicated when you have a busy life. I have taken the initial licensing course in the classroom and the post licensing course online. I like both for the different reasons stated above.

The instructor was very hands on in showing how to use the tools required in quality assurance. Hardest part of the training was how certain parts of what you are calibrating. Most enjoyable part was once you get the hang of it, and you know what your instructor wants you to calibrate, you can do the job and see that all the training was worth while and move towards advancement in the company.

With hands on training it helped me understand more and the small class also helped get more educated information since the class was only 4 weeks long and your test is the last day of class.
