Other commentsTraining was provided by industry insiders representing leading organizations such as Chase, Citi, Margan Stanley, etc. Classroom sizes were between 12 and 16 students. Scheduling was structured to allow flexibility for working executives to accommodate work demands. Attendees came from major national companies as well as international students and the United Nations populations. This cross-section of student diversity amplified the positive experiences during our team-building projects and seminars. The price of this program made it out-of-reach unless sponsored by employers. I consider myself very fortunate to have had this opportunity. I was to start a second program in Human Resources to build upon my Management Development Studies; but the schedule was interrupted by the September 11th attacks and I had to reorganize my corporation's priorities, abruptly.
