Interesting training, helping to structure pm related topics. There are a number of similar on offer. I recommend to read Rita's book first and practice as many questions as possible online.

A great school where you can really learn the skills you need to better your career. Teachers who take the time to make sure you understand each process and equipment. They will teach the class where everyone can understand. Hands on projects and equipment for better understanding. They will also inform you of the next steps to keep growing in knowledge and career.

Very knowledgeable teachers who've been teaching this for years. Teachers do a good job keeping up with latest 'trick' questions. Teachers point out beneficial books to purchase and bring to the test. If you've been out of school for a while, it seems like they are going fast and you aren't absorbing everything (you're absorbing enough). This is just more preparation for the 2nd half of the test, which is very rushed.

It was a good experience. But it took a lot of time. 6 weekends spent at school, instead of with my family. I’m not sure it was worth it in the end.

Many operational principles are far more complex in real world settings, primarily due to the human element applicable in any endeavor. Does encompass project management principles applied in professional endeavors across functional groups to organizational interactions.

My review of the PMI Atlanta PMP Study Groups is a very good review. Good teachers - good material. I had to study on my own and not just rely on the teacher.

You can expect to invest 2 to 3 hour a day to complete this training during the time given. I would recommend not to focus to much in the videos since most of the material is written, so you can study and maybe advance more quickly just by reading. I would also recommend to pay for the mock exams, since these will help you assess your learning level.

The instructors were top notch. The facilities were conveniently located in the Hurst area near the freeway so that I was able to make it to my second shift job easily. Sadly the location where I took the classes has closed. Not sure if I would have traveled to Dallas.

The professors assign excellent homework activities. I recommend this certification training to anyone currently in the procurement field or aspiring to get into the field.

Passed the CISSP exam after completing.

Lack of career services. Walsh degree is useless outside of the Detroit metro area.

I took one class at a time while working and doing a project management job. IBM has a PM COE (Project Management Center of Excellence) which created and sponsored many classes, including study prep for the PMI Exam.

Classes were geared at reinforcing pathophysiology, pharmacology, and physical assessment. The hardest part of my training was coordinating the clinical hours while working nights. The most enjoyable part of training was increasing my knowledge base and being able to apply it in my clinical settings.

My ultimate goal was to ensure that I could be versatile for any position and be prepared and knowledgeable in budgeting, managing, and understand the ins and outs of running a business and one of my own someday. Skills gained by learning all aspects of a business and diversity and what one employee may bring whether it is positive or negative.
