Thorough certification process starting from dishwasher, to multiple levels of cooks, then entry level, mid level and upper level management. It was a combination of your supervisor witnessing tasks or various responsibilities being carried out with certain goals being achieved on a regular basis. There were also various tests from food knowledge and all other facets of the food and beverage operation. I learned more about the process of training at each level with a proven track record of success before moving on to the next level of certification. The hardest part of training was the upper level management modules setting up a break even budget scenario. The most enjoyable part of the training was successfully completing the assignments, tasks and modules.
