Positive environment, Good career preparation, Hands-on training
Training in the cold and rain.
A typical driving day consisted of traveling between schools loading and operating various equipment with a trailer attached. Also driving a school bus picking up and dropping off students. I learned a lot about all of the parts that are important to inspect regularly for the safe operation of the vehicles. The training culture was very challenging. The hardest part of the training was training outside in the cold and rain. The most enjoyable part of the training was having the opportunity to learn as much as I did, and being able to handle such large vehicles.
