Other commentsTo me the most enjoyable part of training is the satisfaction after a great training session and seeing your improvements. When I'm dead tired after one of my workout I know I worked hard and it will benefit me in the end. In terms of improvements I used to weigh 300 lbs and now weigh 193 lbs. I want to help other people reach their goals and show them anything is possible.
