ProsFlexible class hours, Good teachers, Positive environment, Good career preparation, Hands-on training
ConsIt was a long fifty mile drive after working eight hours. LTI could have been more helpful with job placement.
Other commentsThe fifty mile drive was quite a grind after working eight hours. I actually enjoyed being older than the majority of the students as I was there to learn and they followed my lead. After I graduated I was elated but soon found myself missing going to class. I learned as much as I could and took advantage of everything they offered. All in all it was a good experience with many good instructors that afforded me a good career as a diesel mechanic/shift leader.
