The program speed is individual based, which is very nice. I learned new methods of teaching English as a foreign language. I also learned how to make learning more hands on for the students.

Their communication is terrible as they may take days to answer your questions; their responses are inconsistent but they guide you through the process.

One of the best teaching training programs available. Unfortunately these programs went back to the university level and teachers had to have jobs before they could start the training program. It was virtually impossible to do.

A typical day was filled with hours of internship - shadowing the building principal to get hands-on, realistic experience of what it is like to lead a school. Establishing your vision and culture for the school is very important, as being a servant-leader and getting to know the faculty and staff, students, parents and community.

This was an amazing program. The instructors were available at all times for additional questions and/or concerns. By the end of the program I was fully prepared and confident in my abilities to be a full-time teacher and I was given more resources than I could have imagined. Classes were small which was very helpful. I can not say enough to recommend this program for someone going into teaching.

I found the curriculum simple, however many classmates struggled and some failed. Just open your ears and close your mouth and the instructors will be your biggest asset

Great teachers who take the time out to come from their other jobs/ careers to teach us the skills necessary to obtain employment in the healthcare field. Worth doing the homework to learn and studying to pass the quizzes, tests and finals as well as practicing the typing and attending every class on time. I learned about professional development in the workplace. The atmosphere of the individuals were like a family lots of laughter, training culture was intense but only if you let it. I would do it all over again, loved everything about this course ,the advisors and the coordinator.

No after graduation programs to help you get a job

I enjoyed the teachers and learning. I also enjoyed my student teaching experiences. It would have helped me if there was a program geared towards helping students obtain a teaching position after graduation. Especially if you moved out of state afterwards.

I have sponsored by the Mesc but if you failed one course then they'll remove that sponsor from you but it's a good thing I didn't fail and also it cost expensive for each semester almost 2000 for each semester
