Each course was very informative and enough time was given to complete each one. All Books and equipment was sent in a timely manner. And the online course environment made completion of the program positively enjoyable and encouraging.

Cons

The only improvement I would suggest would be to pay for the course upfront, because if you choose the option to pay for the course on a monthly basis, I think the financial institution they use can be too aggressive when you may have to miss a payment, and not much payment arrangement options are available to you before they deactivate your online course, until payment is received.

Excellent professional staff. The owner of the school was always there for hands on accessibility for any concerns or questions have in one night. The curriculum was very good and I learned a lot from my experience at MSB.

Good communication of classroom and hands-on learning. Able to call if I had questions. The hardest part was that I had a newborn baby that required lots of attention. I had to be doing classwork online 5 to 6 hours a day. I enjoyed being able to listen to different dialects and was able to understand them.
