Connecticut Food Handler Requirements
Food service establishments in Connecticut must have a manager or supervisor on site who has been trained and certified as a Certified Food Protection Manager through ServSafe, Prometric, the National Registry of Food Safety Professionals/Environmental Health Testing or 360training.com.1
