Montana Food Handler Requirements

Montana requires food service establishments to employ a Certified Food Protection Manager within 90 days of opening. Through local health departments, the state offers in-person ServSafe CFPM training classes, or the certification can be earned online through State Food Safety, Learn2Serve, ServSafe, the National Registry of Food Safety Professionals, Prometric or Paster Training.1
