What advice would you give to someone interested in earning their SPO?

“I would tell them its something good to have to further your career.”
“Be prepared to be physical and earn some bruises.”
“The process can be very stressful so be patient and keep calm”
“I will tell them go for it and no matter how hard it get keep it pushing cause it's worth it at the end.”
“Get as much hands on training as you can before you take test.anybody can be book smart,but if you actually know how to fix a/c system,you won't be an idiot when it's your turn to perform.”
