What do people wish they knew before earning their Virginia Food Handler Certification?

2 people answered

“I was aware that being a food handler in Virginia opened a wide array of jobs; I got the second highest score in my "class" in which i was certified in. I wish i knew the large amount of information that is taught prior to the test, because I believe the safety of customers takes priority over my overall grade. It would've been nice to study longer, and with less time constraints.”
