Wisconsin Food Handler Requirements
Most food service establishments in Wisconsin are required to have at least one staff member who is a Certified Food Protection Manager through an accredited training program. Establishments with 5 or fewer food handlers can instead undergo Food Safety Training for Small Operators through a state-approved program.1
