Customer Service Representative (Former Employee) – Guatemala – August 17, 2013
10 hr. shift, learned how to deal with customer. Management had a lack of people skills, coworkers were friendly and helped you out when was needed. Hardest part: work under pressure to sale products. Most enjoyable part: facilities, activities.
Extra curricular activities on site.
pressure for sales, unflexible schedule, payment was not good.
Employee (Former Employee) – Campbell, CA – October 25, 2017
Significant division management in other countries and US. Handled poorly by senior management. Excellence and accuracy not rewarded. People cut each other down to get promotion in same groups. Getting items out no matter the cost to clients was name of game and clients suffered and dropped back then. Cost cutting and treating people like commodity. lost good people, everyone else picked up slack. Exhausting.
