Unfortunately the culture at the shop made it difficult to come in and just do your job. Overall a cruel and hazing environment, with a couple nice employees who keep to themselves. Average but small space, managers hardly enforce or implement covid sanitation or restrictions. Management is not functional, I think corporate needs to evaluate this establishment. They make no attempts of keeping other people's struggles or issues in the shop private, most discourse would happen around others.

1800Flowers.com has zero disregard for workers and customers alike. They portray a facade of altruism to the public while treating their low level staff like ignorant garbage. Within a month of being offered and signing a full time contract, we have been given mandatory reduced hours with increased workloads. Angry disappointed customers call all day, every day because the company continues expand without ever doing what it guarantees; delivering smiles! Please shop and work anywhere else !!!
