I enjoy working for my company , I start my day out by checking site-link , make sure no add on touches, making sure all routes are still the same if not make changes . I work with easy going crew . Hardest part of my day is keeping up on emails & loading - unloading trucks around same times & talking with customers but I enjoy keeping everything ,everyone moving in wright direction .

Storage Container Delivery Driver in Benicia, CA
on August 13, 2021
I started work in 2020, shortly before the Covid-19 lockdown. I worked at the company as a Customer Service Representative for roughly 1 year. Every day, my job was to answer calls and help customers to schedule delivery/ pick up of containers and answer any questions the customer may have regarding the container. The company trained me for about a week before putting me on the phone. It took me about a month before I truly was comfortable on the phone, and during my time I had to constantly ask Resolution Agent questions. Unfortunately, RA's were often busy so I would wait for 5-10 minutes trying to get ahold of an RA, causing the call to be longer than needed. Customers were constantly calling especially during the summer months so we are constantly busy. So many calls coming in at once every day was very tiring and stressful in the long term, so I wound up getting burnout quickly. The managers I had did a good job encouraging me and answering questions when they had time to answer my questions. I also got to meet and speak with the CEO of the company on several occasions, and he did a great job taking my concerns seriously and encouraging me to speak with Higher management regarding my concerns. Overall, the job was very busy and often stressful and has a high chance of burnout, but I enjoyed the people I worked with including my supervisors.

They overwork you they want you there 12 to 14 hours 6 to 7 days a week. Their trucks are always breaking down, manager leaves early everyday then expect for you to stay for 12 to 14 hours. I think if they had more trucks and more employees then it'll be a okay place to work
