HR manager contacted me through email. Then contacted me for a phone interview a week after the email. Asked for an in-person interview another week later. When I came in they told me to take a MS Word, Excel and a customer service test. Took about 1.5 hours. Then was interviewed for about 15mins asking me why I want this job and if I had any questions for her.
Overall spent 2hours of my life not getting any type of feedback.
