Health benefits paid through by employer. No co-pays for doctor visits. Great dental plan. Is taken basicly anywhere.
A raise once a year.
No Pharmacy co-pays from what I can remember. "It could have changed."

I would try my hardest to help former 1199 SEIU members find jobs within the grand system of 1199 nursing homes and hospitals. Because they believe in our goal, it makes it easier for 1199 SEIU to be one of the greatest unions around.
