Poor Leadership, Accountability; Management

This is by far one of the worst companies I have worked. The leadership is non active and decisions are based on favorites not in line with the employment laws. Forget abut the so called Employee Handbook as it is just there for use in terminating employees. The Directors are not qualified to be in positions. if you disagree with their behaviour, very cut throat and quick to admit it.
Promotions are based on last name and who you know, or whose daughter is married to whose son, nephew or niece. If you share the same ethnicity, then you are likely to advance and be promoted even though you lack the experience or management skills.
Those employees who have worked over 20 years are unable to comprehend the needs for change and innovation. Instead it is a constant " this is how it has been done" even though the numbers prove that it no longer works.
Bad employees are coddled while good employees have to either suffer the consequences or leave. Upper level management and HR actually prefer to not address the issues as it takes too much effort to resolve. If you leave they are likely very happy regardless of what you have done to improve working conditions.
Not sure what else to add here.
The workplace culture is bad.
