Place is a joke. Pay is way too low for what is expected of you. Forced to work 2 Sat a month OT. Have to work last day of the month every single month, Sundays included. At a bank. SMH.

Poor environment, job doesn’t care about your mental health

This job is super exhausting and stressful. Not only does management not care about your mental health; they also try to make you out in extra overtime and overwork you. You can’t ever get time off and when you need to call in due to an emergency, they will write you up and threaten you with termination. You constantly have to worry about walking into the building not knowing if you’ll still have your job or not. You ask for help and they will belittle you for asking questions and instead of helping they make you regret asking questions. Overall, even though they pay good it is not a good job at all. Also the other employees start way too much drama. I do not recommend this job at all. These people care more about making money then their employees.

At first I thought it was a great place to work, but after a few months they were only concerned about the money they made. They offered low credit line credit cards to 18 year olds. They just mailed credit cards to young adults with no education on how it affects your credit if you do not pay.

At 1fbusa we were a family. The compensation is fair and they were changing the commission structure when I left.
They have a great health insurance policy available after your first 30 days of employment.
The downside was when they weren’t as open to overtime as was promised in the interview. And required to work on the last day of the month.
It’s hard to get fired but if you can’t be to your shift on time, don’t be surprised when you are escorted out of the building.

Competitive pay , managers are great to work with. Relaxed environment but focusing on your work is expected. Everyone is friendly and unlike a corporate setting everyone is very personable. They play monthly games to keep things interesting. It gives you a chance to win different prices!

Open the bank, start up the computer systems, review reports, take call ins from reps, work with HR, Quality, Risk, upper management in regards to daily, monthly, and quarterly goals. Ensure that the reps are compliant with FDCPA and that the reps are happy in their positions and help with any issues that may arise. Hardest part is dealing with disciplinary actions and or terminating someone. Most enjoyable experience is that it is a daily challenge and things are constantly changing.
