Over the years I worked here the job was very repetitive. You come to work, get on the dialer, and call people. In between different passes you would work different lists and get very little free time between calls. Management expects you to work anywhere from 30-40 accounts per hour. You're doing the same thing every day. The pay raises were very minimal and management and quality department was always on you for every little mistake. You can get incentive although it's rarely more than a few hundred dollars and you don't get it if you don't pass quality standards. Often times you will be working 6, 7 or even 14 days straight. Overall it's an OK job if you are in need of work, but don't expect to stay here long as most people don't last more than a few months.
This job is super exhausting and stressful. Not only does management not care about your mental health; they also try to make you out in extra overtime and overwork you. You can’t ever get time off and when you need to call in due to an emergency, they will write you up and threaten you with termination. You constantly have to worry about walking into the building not knowing if you’ll still have your job or not. You ask for help and they will belittle you for asking questions and instead of helping they make you regret asking questions. Overall, even though they pay good it is not a good job at all. Also the other employees start way too much drama. I do not recommend this job at all. These people care more about making money then their employees.
