Overall a great company to work for. Fun but still productive work environment! Great finance knowledge. I loved the fact that it is a smaller bank, so you really got to know your banking customer's.

I loved my job and the smaller bank atmosphere since I was used to the large corporate banks. I loved my Branch Manager and my Co-workers. Sadly, due to the current condition of the economy, I no longer work there. I would do it again if given the chance.
Branch Manager in Lebanon, OH

The workplace culture is very friendly and supportive, and I love that all of the branches have a great rapport with their customers. I have learned a lot while working here and always feel encouraged by leadership to do what I put my mind to. As a smaller bank, sometimes there are technological features that clients wish we had, but the bank is growing so I am sure those things will be available before we know it. Most days go by quickly because there is always something to do, but not so much so that it becomes too overwhelming. I appreciate the autonomy that leadership gives each branch while still making sure policies and procedures are adhered to. They care about folks and their families, and have great benefits and quality compensation.

Great gig for high school and college students: while the bank's hours are longer than most other banks', the latest I've worked is 7:30. Management is easy to contact and is highly flexible. However, this bank falls short when it comes to professionalism. Money and confidential customer information is often handled very casually, to the point where it becomes concerning. Bank-wide policies and procedures are often thrown out at some branches or strongly enforced at others, creating confusion for floating tellers and sometimes leading to unfair disciplinary action. Most of my co-workers were friendly, fun, and team-oriented. Some, however, helped foster a toxic environment that could interfere with the job in general. Due to irregular policy enforcement, important violations were often overlooked and there was plenty of tattle-taling about minor infractions. If you plan to work here, be careful who you trust and always follow the rules, even if a manager tells you to overlook, skip, or continue through with something that is not allowed.

You will be sold a family atmosphere and trips....what you actually get is low pay , long hours, if they get a wiff you are not happy will be treated very poorly and told if you are not happy to leave....

Basic questions.... unless you are someone who "interviews" a lot... then they ask really tough questions. They are looking for a long term employee not someone that tends to move on quickly.
