A typical day at work is building relations, screening, and interviewing candidates for job placements. What I learned is that you have to be well organized in this field. If your not organized then things can become discombobulated. Management was definitely micromanaged, you work at your pace. The culture of this place very is laid back but at the same time you still have to work. The hardest part of this job was watching out for back stabbers that will talk behind your back which is like any other job. The most enjoyable part about the job was that know one really bothers you when your working which is cool.
