Consultant (Former Employee) – Oakland, CA – November 22, 2017
This company bids on projects but has no staff to actually perform the work if they win the bid, so they "promote" people in the organization to fill positions that are not qualified and quickly advertise for people on the internet who do not know Infor EAM and ultimately the project suffers greatly. Poor communication from the top down. Director of Professional Services involved with projects when not needed.
Lots of time sitting at home since they do not want to pay for expenses
