If you work at this place the only thing you benefit from is a free membership. But if you're looking for decent pay, good hours, or recognition and fair treatment you might as well skip this dump. They will run you ragged until you are so sick mentally/emotionally/physically that you just become numb. The only time you get benefits is if you're a full time worker and they won't allow that for anyone under supervisor/lead.
