Awful. No time for breaks. No one can do what is expected of them and job descriptions are so vague and change daily one can't guess what they will be held accountable for from day to day.

I have to make 30 units a week, routine visits count as 1 unit admissions count as 2. It averages out to about 25 visits a week.
