The hardest part of the job is working directly with angry customers and until working in golf retail I never realized how fickle golf customers can be. What's most enjoyable is working with the merchandise: learning about it's features and benefits, and helping a customer find the best equipment for them.
Prosretail floor tvs on sports channels, relaxed atmosphere with popular music playing in warehouse rooms.
Consvery small company footprint with rapid turnover in the employee base, no benefits.
