Run by two classy entrepreneurs, this place was more than a delight to work for. Projects were always given with reasonable timetables and communication was nothing short of professional; it's hard to find anything to criticize.

Executive Admissions Counselor (Former Employee) –  Landover, MDJune 1, 2018
2U is a wonderful organization to work but the job as an admissions counselor could get really stressful at times. It is not the work that I quit from, rather my manager's inability to be candid and lack of leadership. I love working for this organization.

It can be a great place to work but it heavily depends on who your manager is. HR seems untrustworthy to report to about specific managers. The company is going through a lot of changes quickly--many of it great but of course it comes with resistance and displacement of some jobs. But I believe 2U is heading in a wonderful different.
