Autism Response Team' Behavioral Instructor (Former Employee) –  Palmdale, CADecember 4, 2016
If you are going to call staff "therapist" you should pay better. Billing is far more important then client care or employees.
Pros
a job

Behavior Interventionist (Current Employee) –  San Diego, CANovember 18, 2019
Everyone is super kind, collaborative, and helpful. Interviews and on-boarding happen pretty quickly. You get to set your own work hours, and changes in your availability are not a problem at all as long as you plan for them appropriately.

BEHAVIOR INTERVENTIONIST (Current Employee) –  Riverside, CANovember 15, 2019
when hired they have you complete training at the main office and you shadow some BI's and clients they have, but supervisors never shadow you. you get no instructions on how to interact with client and when to run tasks they have for client i worked with child two months with rapport before supervisor came into house and told me what tasks to run. No supervision after and communication rarely.
