Many changes frequently and fast paced. Good communication but not so good in the way of training. The team.is easy to work with and the job is transparent. There is plenty of work to go around and it helps keep me busy and keep bills paid.

I was hired as a freelance content writer in early 2022 by 360 Quote LLC (though I believe they also go by Quote.com). Here's how my experience went: 1. The company "onboarded" me. Right away, I noticed major problems with communication. Management was slow to add me to the content management and communications platforms. I also had to reach out directly a couple times to have my direct deposit info put on file. 2. The amount of work available seemed great - there were dozens (if not hundreds) of articles to choose from. I chose an article topic, wrote the first draft, and submitted it for editing, as per the rules. Then I waited... and waited... and waited. After two weeks had gone by without a peep from the editing team, I reached out and politely asked what was going on. They replied (several days later) that there was simply a lot of work to get through and that they'd look at my article soon. 3. Fast-forward another two weeks, and I still hadn't heard anything. I messaged the editors directly, and they said they'd provide me feedback very soon. 4. About a month after I was officially onboarded, I received a mass email from a company representative stating (and I'm paraphrasing here) that "A difficult decision had to be made to reduce the freelance network's size," and that my contract would be terminated effective the following day. In summary, it is clear that 360 Quote LLC (or Quote.com, however they're branding themselves) is a very bad place to work. There are some MAJOR failures with regards to even the most basic functions that a business is expected to carry out. Communication is terrible, the editors seem to be suffering from enormous workloads, and the company clearly cannot plan ahead to save its life. I'm sorry to say this (and I don't use these words lightly), but this may be the most poorly-managed organization I've ever laid eyes on. I wish I had better things to say about 360 Quote LLC, but I don't. My advice to you is this: do not work here. You are worth so much more. Your talents and skills will be much better utilized somewhere else.

It seemed like a viable freelance opportunity when I took on the job. However, the editors will constantly hound you about revising your work to the point where you end up doing their jobs. If I'm doing enough work for two people, I should be compensated adequately. They're also nitpicky, searching for problems that don't exist (while unironically telling you to dumb down your writing). I would steer clear of this company.
Outreach Writer in Remote

As an outreach writer for 360 Quote LLC, I would say that I love the people I work with, but the job itself is terrible. There are no benefits and no scheduled hours. It can be overwhelming and a lot, especially if you are someone that needs structure and benefits.

This role was not what it seemed made out to be when I agreed to work as an independent contractor with them. The work was not as flexible as they made it out to be and they quickly began expecting free labor out of me. So, I've quite, but now they are refusing to pay me for the work I've already done. I will return to edit this review if they decide to fulfill their legal responsibilities, but until then I would recommend that anyone looking for freelance work steer clear of this company.
