It is a slow process with them. I have been with 365 since 2015 off and on. I can never understand why as a employee for them. you have to follow up constantly with them. They provide, little to no communication. Staff members/recruiters, I feel they don't try hard enough follow up on job opportunities with hospitals.. In order to get staff postions.

Cool recruiters, great when you actually get assignments!
Medical Assistant (Former Employee) –  Torrance, CANovember 2, 2018
Placements are a bit scarce, but when and if you actually get placed for an assignment..they are usually good experiences. Being reassigned is and may take a few weeks or months..

Account Manager (Current Employee) –  Torrance, CAMay 20, 2018
Decent pay, lots of fun, good people an easy job. The CEO is a funny guy but has no clue what is going on with "his company." The retention rate here is terrible.

Lack of assignments, low pay for experienced technicians
Interim Certified Phlebotomist Technician (CPT II) (Current Employee) –  Torrance, CAMarch 15, 2018
I have over 30 years experiencece, however new students or less expierenced tech are compensated the same. Patients are stuck many time unnecessary due to inexperience laboratory technichians. Hard to get help because salaries are reallg low. Out of date equipment areas kept dirty by staff. Food ledt eveywhere in spmloyee lounge to clean when staff can throw away or wioe table after eating. Coffemachine nasty and looks like sometging growing on it. Department Adminiater has ni clue to whats going on. Just bring her some food and your the perfect empkoyee.

Fail to work with employees
Surgical Technologist (Current Employee) –  Torrance, CANovember 19, 2017
Very slow at finding assignments and lack of care from the staff. They do not look for work unless you push them, and constantly remind them of assignments ending and how they to start finding a new assignment. They wait til the last day and then take forever to find another one. Mean while no income coming in.

Terrible place to work
Recruiter (Former Employee) –  Torrance, CAOctober 24, 2017
The management here is terrible and there is constant turnover. Just check linkedin, and you'll see that employees rarely stay there for a year; if they do that means they couldn't get a job anywhere else. The "boss" picks favorites and gives them raises because they brown nose- not because of work ethic or actual progress in their work. The best employees left long ago, and the worst employees are praised as long as they continue to kiss up to management.
Pros
free coffee
Cons
low wages, poor morale

Great company to work for
Radiology Technologist (Current Employee) –  Torrance, CAOctober 17, 2017
This company is great but work is limited to one or two days a week if than. They do not have a good number of clients to use for send their workers to. They need to up-date their pay scale to employ/ attract more employees'. The management staff are great to work with.

Account Manager (Current Employee) –  Torrance, CASeptember 28, 2017
A terrible place to work for. Upper management has no knowledge on how to run a business. They expect their employees to do all the leg work while they kick back. When upper management is asked questions they are not answered and employess are expected to look elsewhere for the answer. Very incompetent President and COO. Turnover rate at this company is a joke! People are quitting every month and employees are often yelled at.
Pros
Cute dog and food in the fridge.
Cons
Upper management is horrible, turnover rate is a joke.

productive day at 365
Home Health Aide (Current Employee) –  Philadelphia, PAMay 5, 2017
A typical day working for 365 health services, you get assigned clients and go to meet an greets with the family. If the family likes you they will call the office and tell them theyare willing to have you as a caregiver in the home. Once you have the client you work with them three to four times a week filling out aa time sheet on what you did and the time and dates you worked for them. Furthermore, each day that you have worked it has to be signed off on. The hardest part of the job, is getting close to the clients and something happening to them. The enjoyable part is going away with clients to see grandchildern, great aunts, nieces and nephews.
Pros
traveling with clients
Cons
clients passing away

They only pay cheap
Sterile Processing Technician (Former Employee) –  Torrance, CADecember 20, 2016
While u are working for 365 they offer jobs that are far don't pay well ,Listen up registry ppl while top pay is 25 for us there making 100$ an per hr per person.we should be in title to see how the recuiter rate us that how they are allowed to discriminate and pay us less base on if u refuse a job due to the distance , lets be honest no one want to put a ton of miles on there car for example 60 miles a day for $22 an hr .
Pros
While othere companies don' t have holiday wk they do.
Cons
They don't pay much for your experience.
