Here's what people have asked and answered about working for and interviewing at 3M.
8 or 10 hours depending on your location..
Overpriced and under paid.
Yes they do..
Took about two months all said and done. It was one month or close to from submitting application to being contacted.
First you will take a multiple choice test which was pretty easy and the HR person grades it while you wait (took maybe five minutes to grade) and tells you if you passed. Then they schedule an interview. My schedule allowed me to do it that same week but some people might not be able to.
At the interview they tell you it will take up to two weeks for them to decide. They decided on me that day but I don’t know if that is typical.
You will fill out a background check but you do that at home on your computer. Then you have to return for a medical evaluation and drug test.
Typically about a week or two after that the HR person will contact you and set up your official start date.
I have no idea but it wouldn't surprise me
I was sold in a divestiture, I did not leave by choice.
