Great place to work. Hard to get promotions. No air conditioning. Each job requires team work. Senior employees get promotions even if not qualified.

2nd shift supervisor one of the greatest. 1st supervisor awsome to work for. HR always makes time for floor employees. Plant manager has an open door policy.
Pros
Safety appriecation every month. Raises every year.
Cons
Allowing senior employees not to pull there weight and slow down production, situtation never addressed.
