Work & Life Balance

Customer Service Representative in Cincinnati, OH

Amazing job to have!
This job is the absolute best especially during the busy seasons. Management is very informative and encouraging. It's almost never a dull moment. It's an amazing company to work for.
Maintenance Coordinator in Cincinnati, OH

The best company I have ever worked for in my life. Everyone is so kind it really feels unreal but it real. The love and support are beyond amazing. When I say they TRULY care I really mean that based on my experience by being a current employee. I work in the Construction Asset Management Department coordinating contractors to complete assignments. The best part is amazing energy I get being around such wonderful people and coordinating THINGS TO GET DONE!, it's really a blessing. What I am learning is top people(Big Dog's) lol : )don't spend a lot of money on nice lunches they'll eat something that is very inexpensive but actually much more healthy and fulfilling. Neither do they drive very expensive cars. Spend less, save more...what I'm learning and way much more that is helping my in my personal life as well.
Audio Visual Technician in Cincinnati, OH

Unless you're one of the lucky few on the inside who is one of "the favorites" They will not hesitate to terminate people's positions without blinking an eye. The management is very insular, and does not pass on pertinent information to the people who are out in the field hustling and actually interfacing with clients. A toxic work culture leads to a high turnover at this company, and to be honest, I'm not sure how they keep getting rated one of the "best places to work" in Cincinnati, because that is simply not true.
CSR Operations and Events in Cincinnati, OH

I love working all of the events during the summer. Managers are fair and raises are earned. Great place to work seasonal part time hours. Summer concert series are my favorite events to work.

It was less of a question situation, and more of a description of duties. Again, because they always need people.
