Sales Representative (Former Employee) – Nebraska – May 10, 2016
As long as you are a male you will fit right in. If you are a female working in the setting with the men the manager (which happens to be male) will treat you poorly. If you are looking for acknowledgement for going beyond the distance for keeping customers happy, then this job is not for you. Upper management don't seem to care about the problems either. Have had customer complain to me about the manager and his attitude, knowing there was nothing I could do about it.
Account Executive (Current Employee) – Tucker GA – April 27, 2015
Very family orientated and fun place to work. The team is tight knit and looks out for each other. We developed a large customer base in a niche industry. All of our customers appareciate our services and attention to detail.
MSDS Author / Environmental Health and Safety (Current Employee) – Kingsport, TN – September 23, 2012
Like I said this is a good company to learn some stuff from, but not a company to stay with for the long haul. I have been working there a short time, but do not see much room for advancement going forward, at least in my location and job position. Management is not ready to deal with the growing group of authors, and puts all of their eggs in one basket. Training needed for the job is kind of lacking, most stuff i am learning i am doing on the fly.
