Good pay

It's honestly good but some shifts are very short staff, you'll be on the line sorting pallets by yourself for the duration of your shift. You'll get some breather if you finish the line fast but you got to go fast to catch that breather.

Great company to work for. Managers strive to make it a better place for everyone all around.

With every company, there are ups and downs, so with that being said, 48forty is a great place to work, friendly co workers and ever better supervisors/managers. Work can sometimes be stressful, but days fly by.

It’s peaceful even though saws and nail guns and forklifts blazing loud noises and a calm atmosphere with the company and I miss working there I left because I relocated far north of Arizona

Money and schedule

Promises raises that never happen.. Management cares nothing about the employees 60 hours and 6 days almost every week.. You work almost everyday holiday
