Pretty flexible. Up to two hours can be made-up each week. However, I usually would just stay late or work through lunch if I needed to and it wasn’t an issue.

Listen to the employees. Provide structure, solid job titles and responsibilities. Don’t lecture and guilt when they take a personal or sick day. Cross-training is a great resource but every person in the company should not be doing 10 different jobs or assigned 3x as many clients as they are capable of handling.

No organization or structure. Complete self-direction minus the constant random tasks assigned to you at any given time.

It was a great place to work and a family team environment, but management was TERRIBLE
