So far so good. There is plenty of room for advancement and I couldn't be happier with my direct supervisors. They believe that work shouldn't consume your life, however, you won't ever have to worry about not being able to pay your bills.

I can say when I first was hired into the customer service department, there was a lot of negativity stemming - more... from some of my associates. However, in my time as a customer care advocate I never actually experienced those feelings.

ProsVery laid-back, not a call center, health insurance, the schedule, the clean ups
Cons30 minute breaks, some of the other employees attitudes, only having 7 days PTO (not including the big holidays)
