Customer service is everything. From front to finished product. The problem is complaints. Make sure your people react constructively to complaints. That is key for return customers. Smile

Value the thoughts and opinions of employess. Paint the walls yellow. Act like your employees are more than numbers. Bring back designers to assist customers with proper layouts/bleeds. Paint the warehouse walls yellow. Get better pads for standing on concrete. Have a designated training program to ensure proper understanding of machinery/processes. Hire workflow specialists and/or floor managers that specifically organize and plan out actions to ensure that jobs complete on time in best way possible. Paint the warehouse walls to boost morale. Incentivise employees by at least thanking them verbally. Have team meetings before the start of shifts to create course of action and foster team spirit. Offer pay raises to valuable employees, before unions start to show up.
