The most important piece of information you need to know is if your store is corporate or franchise. Most are franchise which means the store owners set the wages, hours, and benefits. These can range wildly from store to store. In contrast to some sad stories I see before me, I've worked at my 711 for two years now and receive 12.50 an hour on night shift duty with a very stable 40 hour a week schedule working four nights a week. This is a very good case of what can happen and is by no means the norm. Talk to the owner and other coworkers there to see what they make and you might have a baseline.

With seven eleven raises at store level are for the most part a "myth". There are some corporate managed stores that give the store employees a small annual automatic raise of maybe 25 cents an hour. As for The franchisee owned stores, there the employees usually are at the mercy of the owner / franchisee and alot more times than not they don't give raises to them.
