How are the working hours at 7-Eleven?
Working hours are awful. You are required to come at any time on any shift and frequently have to stay well past your time to go home because the manager doesn't know how to schedule properly. Also, you will be put on 2nd shift one night until 11 p.m. and then be scheduled to come in again at 8 a.m. the next morning with hardly enough time for sleep when scheduling could be done to benefit all--it only benefits the manager and company.Asked June 17, 2016

Do employees get a raise after 90 days?
With seven eleven raises at store level are for the most part a "myth". There are some corporate managed stores that give the store employees a small annual automatic raise of maybe 25 cents an hour. As for The franchisee owned stores, there the employees usually are at the mercy of the owner / franchisee and alot more times than not they don't give raises to them.Asked October 24, 2016
