Only Corporate stores offer benefits. Health Insurance, Dental, Vision, 401k (sometimes matching), HSA, etc.
These benefits are only available to full time employees and full time is defined as working more than an average of 27 hours per week.
PTO is available to all but doesn't start accuring till after 6 monthes.

You accrue PTO (Paid Time Off), these hours are earned based on hours worked, This time is used for sick days, vacations, or personal time. You can use hours if you have appointments and must leave shift early to ensure full days pay.

Vacation time is based purely on the amount of PTO you have earned. As of 2019, you can not borrow PTO.
