With seven eleven raises at store level are for the most part a "myth". There are some corporate managed stores that give the store employees a small annual automatic raise of maybe 25 cents an hour. As for The franchisee owned stores, there the employees usually are at the mercy of the owner / franchisee and alot more times than not they don't give raises to them.
